Returns and Cancellation


What are your return policies?

We collaborate with a Print-on-Demand provider who manufactures items only when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, we kindly ask you to consider the environment and refrain from ordering unnecessary products. If there is an issue with your order, you can return it within 30 days. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or if you are dissatisfied by contacting us at contact@aeronautic-shop.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If either of these situations applies to you, please contact our customer support at contact@aeronautic-shop.com with photos of the incorrect/damaged items, and we will address the issue.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We collaborate with a Print-on-Demand provider who manufactures items only when they are ordered. To avoid unnecessary production of items, check our size charts to determine the appropriate size. We have one for each item in our store within the product description. While rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please inform us within two weeks of receiving your order at contact@aeronautic-shop.com. Provide the order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a replacement or refund the purchase price!

I received the wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We apologize if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please send us an email within two weeks with photos of the damaged product, the order number, and any other details you have regarding your order to contact@aeronautic-shop.com. We will propose a solution as soon as possible.
