When will I receive my order?
Typically, it takes 3 - 7 days to process an order before it is shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

Europe: 6 - 8 business days
International: 10 - 20 business days
Where will my order be shipped from?

We collaborate with an on-demand company that processes orders with facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, orders will be processed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so please check directly with your local customs office to inquire about duties and taxes on your purchases.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?

Before reaching out to us, please help us by doing the following:

Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
Inquire at the local post office to see if the package is there.
Ask your neighbors if the courier has delivered the package to them.
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at contact@aeronautic-shop.com with your order number. If you have found an error in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.
